Guest Room Management System is a solution for the management and supervision of hotel and welcoming establishments. Designed to guarantee the best welcoming and control service without overlooking the environmental aspect, Guest Room Management System brings together two aspects: the supervision, managed by Hotel personnel, and the management of the room by the Customer. Two separate worlds, that are however in constant communication each other.

A complete range meeting all specific needs All the system devices have been developed using SCS-BUS protocol technology, which gives maximum efficiency and installation flexibility in the whole system.

The system gives the possibility of:

Make systems up to 150 zones (rooms and areas);
Manage the guest rooms;
Manage all the structure areas (reception, hall, corridors, meeting rooms, restaurants, bar, kitchens, technical rooms, etc.);
Manage and supervise the reception of all the areas via BTicino proprietary software by programming the key cards;
Integrate with solutions or products from other companies.

Hotel Room Management via the “HotelSupervision” supervision software allows the complete control of the hotel and above all supervision of the rooms: from the check of accesses, to the maximum comfort in the utilities (lights, sockets and air conditioning). The software is available in two versions: the first to manage up to 20 rooms or common areas (item 3544SW) and the second to manage more than 20 rooms or common areas (item 3546SW).

The products, like all the SCS-BUS devices, can be configured in two different ways:

Physical configuration: this is completed using the green and blue configurators, which must be connected to the appropriate housings found on the devices.
Configuration using the software: this is performed using a PC and the MyHome_Suite software. Configuration using the software: this solution has the advantage of offering many more options when compared with the physical configuration.

The new offer is available to be installed and coordinated with the Axolute and Livinglight domestic series; in the round and square shapes, Air and also in the traditional Living International. These choices allow you to obtain the maximum freedom of hotel customisation, increasing its comfort and prestige and defining a style which will build the identity itself of the hotel.
