The Legrand Integrated Solutions Team has an exciting job opportunity for a Technical Support Specialist to join the team in Sint-Niklaas. The ideal candidate will hold multiple responsibilities within the technical services department. Partnered with other technical support team members, this position shall act as primary point of contact for all product related support requests and general product questions for the Legrand group product lines. Specific responsibilities include answering telephone “hot line” and written or internet-based inquiries from customers regarding company products, analyzing problems with non-functioning equipment to identify critical areas and recommend corrective action. Additionally, this position also requires development of advanced system applications for use on product installations.
