KNX – IP Router & Line coupler


KNX / IP gateway with router, provides with the tunnelling protocol a connection point for ETS to allow commissioning and monitoring.

Some features:
-Support for messages up to 250 bytes long.
-can replace a line coupler or an area coupler.
-High internal amount of communication buffer capable of attenuating the peaks in the communication load.
-Possibility of detailed diagnosis by displaying all operating states with 6 LEDs. (Bus OK (each line), traffic (each line), errors / failure NACK, BUSY communication on the bus (each line) …
-UPnP available to detect the device in the IP network.
ETS can find the device as a communication interface via Eibnet / IP
– WEB interface that provides device settings and the ability to switch to programming mode.
Bus connection via red black KNX connector.
Supply voltage SELV 29 Vd.c. from KNX bus (no additional PS needed)
DIN rail installation, dimensions: 2 DIN modules.

KNX line coupler able to filter traffic according to the installation place in the bus system hierarchy or according to the built in filer tables for group oriented communication.

LG-003546:  Provides galvanic isolation between lines, Necessary in an installation where there are more than 64 KNX participants

LG-003545:  Can acts as main line or backbone coupler links different KNX networks to each other via the IP infrastructure
