Campanile Paris Ouest – Pont de Suresnes for a brand-new guest stay experience

The Solution

Campanile decided to change the top floor of the Suresnes hotel and reduce the number of rooms to make 5 larger junior suites and even a VIP suite. Here's where Legrand was entrusted with equipping these rooms with the most suitable Legrand Guest Room Management solution from the Group offer. In each room a dedicated BACnet IP Room Controller Unit has been installed as a central brain. This RCU already has the outputs for the lighting circuits by default. With regards to the user interface, the junior suites have been equipped with the standard SCS bus output UX Touch bedside panels in combination with the BTicino Livinglight commands while the VIP suite has been fully equipped with UX Touch commands. A motion sensor has been installed under the bed to detect when people wake up during the night so that the light turns on allowing the guest to access the bathroom via a safety lighting path. Thanks to the hotel room controller software, in addition to the single lights control, it is now also possible to program scenarios such as welcome / goodbye by combining the various functions of the room, such as lights, temperature, and much more, guaranteeing so for a great stay experience. For a more complete control of the light and temperature functions, in the suites of the Campanile Suresnes it was also desired the possibility of control via tablet. MySmartJarvis has brought the solution to this need and implemented the integration with the Daikin HVAC system on one side and the Legrand Room controller on the other side.
